费城再规定民众室内戴口罩

美国宾夕法尼亚州费城冠病疫情加剧，当地再次规定民众在室内需佩戴口罩。

这也是美国首个再度强制人民佩戴口罩的城市。

新的规定将从下星期一（18/4）开始生效。届时，民众进入餐厅、学校、购物商场等地点，都需要戴上口罩。
