有男子在地铁车厢内吸电子烟，遭卫生科学局执法人员调查。

男子声称已将电子烟丢弃，但经调查后仍需要支付销案罚款。

涉案的45岁华族男子表示，他当时使用的电子烟，是别人丢在街上的。
